The two-bedroom standard apartment features a master bedroom with king-size bed, and a secondary room with a queen sized bed, and one queen sofa bed. The unit also features complimentary Wi-Fi, a private spa tub, flat-screen TV with premium channels and a furnished balcony, this villa has it all.
Promotional marketing guidelines require at least one person in the party must be between the age of 28 and 70 with a valid major credit card. The annual household income of the guest(s) should be no less than $50,000. For all International packages, guest(s) must be between the age of 30 and 70 with an annual household income of no less than $50,000. Married couples must travel together. Single males and females can travel as long as qualifications are met. All couples must have matching state issued identification showing proof of cohabitation. Both parties of a married, cohabitating and/or engaged couple must attend the full ninety (90) to one hundred and twenty (120) minutes sales presentation. All presentation attendees must be either a Canadian or United States citizen and fluent in spoken English as translators are not available. This offer is not valid for group travel (more than one party traveling to the same destination with the same itinerary). Group travel is not permitted.
Offer granted on a ‘space available’ basis included in a vacation ownership advertising plan. The ninety (90) to one hundred and twenty (120) minute VIP sales presentation requires any and all guests confirmed for any reservation to attend in full to allow for the chance to purchase a vacation ownership interest. A valid driver’s license and major credit card must be presented at time of check-in for identification verification. A major credit card or cash deposit is required at check-in for incidental charges.
RESERVATIONS
There are no restrictions on travel as long as there is availability. We ask that a minimum of 30 days advance notice is given on all reservation requests. Incidentals, resort fees and taxes are the responsibility of the guest(s) and are paid at the time of submitting reservation. International packages accommodate 2 Adults and 2 Children under the age of 12. Domestic packages accommodate 4 people and/or up to 6 people depending on the package and accommodations.
